2. Player Account
2.1. Registration Requirements

2.4. One Account Rule
Each player is strictly limited to one (1) personal account per person, household, IP address, and computer device. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player (duplicate accounts) is strictly forbidden.
Should we discover that a player is operating more than one account, Vicibet reserves the absolute right to:
- Close all duplicate accounts, leaving only the primary account active, if deemed appropriate.
- Void all bets, bonuses, and winnings accrued on the duplicate account(s).
- Reclaim any withdrawn funds that were gained from the duplicate account(s).
This policy is in place to ensure fair play and prevent bonus abuse.
2.5. Use of Account
Your Vicibet account is for your personal use only. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share this information with any third party. Any and all activity on your account will be considered valid if the username and password have been entered correctly. The Company is not liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized access to your account.
You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge your account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, or any claims in connection with these assets.
2.6. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered “dormant” if it has not recorded any login or logout activity for a continuous period of 180 days.
If your account becomes dormant, the following procedure will apply:
- We will attempt to notify you via your registered email address at least 30 days before your account is classified as dormant.
- Once an account is classified as dormant, the Company reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of

or its currency equivalent. This fee will be deducted from your account balance at the beginning of each month that the account remains dormant. - The administrative fee will only be charged if your account has a positive real money balance. It will cease if the balance reaches zero or if you reactivate your account by logging in.
- If an account remains dormant for a period exceeding 12 months and we are unable to contact you, the Company reserves the right to close the account and retain the remaining balance.
3. Financial Operations
3.1. Deposits
All deposits must be made from a payment source that is registered in your own name. We do not accept third-party payments. If we detect that a deposit was made from a third-party source, we reserve the right to void all winnings and return the original deposit to the source account, subject to any applicable fees.
The minimum deposit amount is. Any currency conversion fees associated with your deposit are your responsibility. Vicibet is not a financial institution and does not provide currency exchange services.
3.2. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed back to the same payment method used for the initial deposit, wherever possible. The processing time for withdrawal requests is typically up to 48 hours, after which the time taken for the funds to reach you depends on the payment provider.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks at any time, which may cause delays. These checks are to verify your identity, age, address, and compliance with our Terms, and to investigate any potential fraudulent activity.
3.3. Financial Limits (Deposits & Withdrawals)

VIP players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. Please contact your account manager for details. For winnings exceeding, the Company reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments. Progressive jackpot wins are exempt from this rule and will be paid in full.
3.4. Wagering Requirements
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all real money deposits must be wagered at least three (3) times before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, if you deposit €100, you must place bets totaling at least €300 before you can withdraw funds related to that deposit. If multiple deposits are made without any gaming activity, you must wager the total sum of these deposits. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the Company charging fees for transaction processing.
